honesty, and value. We are looking for an experienced Ford Technician/Mechanic.

At Egolf, a Ford Technician will perform services/repairs on vehicles as
assigned by management, while following set standards and procedures. In
addition, they may be assigned to conduct pre-delivery service on new or used
vehicles to ensure excellent working order for the customer. Egolf delivers the
highest quality service while maintaining the highest standards for our
customers.
Previous Ford automotive repair experience and training required. The ideal
candidate will be a technician who has more than 2 years of experience working
in a high volume environment. An unrestricted driver's license with a clean
driving record is required. Due to the nature of the position, there will be
long periods of standing and heavy lifting. He or she must be able to work
productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive
attitude.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
- Diagnose issues based on experience, analysis, and testing.
- Performs routine service inspections or tests and completes standard maintenance job.
- Ensures that required documentation is complete and in compliance with regulations and standards.
- Helps maintain shop appearance and safety standards and ensures the shop runs in an efficient manner by performing duties such as inventory stocking and other general functions.
- Follows all shop policies, procedures, safety requirements, and environmental rules.
- Attends all staff meetings, training, and educational classes as required.
- Performs all duties as assigned.
Skills & Experience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Post-Secondary automotive training or equivalent work experience
- One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred
- Ford Certification preferred
- A broad scope of automotive mechanical/electrical knowledge
- Unrestricted driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to drive automatic and manual vehicles. Also, the ability to drive different types and styles of vehicles.
- Excellent communication skills to interact professionally with other employees, customers when needed, vendors, and staff.

- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand for long periods, and lift heavy objects as needed.
